Abstract
EFEKTIVITAS PELATIHAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL PELAKU USAHA MIKRO DAN KECIL (UMK) PEREMPUAN DI SEKTOR KULINER SUMATERA BARAT Tesis Oleh Nofrianti (2320522074) Pembimbing:Prof. Donard Games, S.E., M.Bus(Adv)., Ph.Ddan Dr. Hafiz Rahman, SE., MSBS ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pelatihan kewirausahaan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan manajerial pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK) perempuan di sector kuliner Sumatera Barat. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk menggali persepsi, pengalaman, dan makna subjektif dari 10 informan yang dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan criteria keterlibatan dalam minimal tiga kali pelatihankewirausahaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik menggunakan model analisis Miles et al., (2014). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Keterlibatan pelaku UMK dalam perancangan program pelatihan masih minim dan bersifatadministratif, sehingga materi seringkali tidak relevan dengan kebutuhan kontekstual usaha kuliner; (2) Pelatihan berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan manajerial, khususnya dalam perencanaan bisnis dan pengambilan keputusan, yang terlihat melalui perubahan perilaku seperti penyusunan business plan, penerapan strategi pemasaran digital, dan penetapan harga berbasis HPP; (3) Perspektif peserta mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan ideal harus bersifat partisipatif, berkelanjutan, praktis, dan melibatkan narasumber dari kalangan praktisi. Implikasi penelitian menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan needs-based dan pendampingan pasca pelatihan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dampak. THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING IN DEVELOPING THE MANAGERIAL SKILLS OF FEMALE MICRO AND SMALL ENTERPRISES (MSES) IN THE WEST SUMATRA CULINARY SECTOR Thesis by Nofrianti(2320522074) Supervisor: Prof. Donard Games, S.E., M.Bus(Adv)., Ph.D and Dr. Hafiz Rahman, SE., MSBS ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of entrepreneurship training in developing the managerial skills of female Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in the West Sumatra culinary sector. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used to explore the perceptions, experiences, and subjective meanings of 10 informants who were purposively selected based on the criteria of involvement in at least three entrepreneurship trainings. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, then analyzed thematically using the Miles et al., (2014) analysis model. The findings of the study show that: (1) The involvement of MSE actors in the design of training programs is still minimal and administrative, so that the material is often irrelevant to the contextual needs of culinary businesses; (2) Training contributes positively to the improvement of managerial skills, especially in business planning and decision-making, which can be seen through behavioral changes such as the preparation of business plans, the implementation of digital marketing strategies, and HPP-based pricing; (3) The perspective of the participants indicates that the ideal training must be participatory, sustainable, practical, and involve resource persons from practitioners. The implications of the study highlight the importance of a needs-based approach and post-training mentoring to ensure the sustainability of impact.
