Abstract

The incresing in processing data Income an information is oe of the effect in the information technology development. Puskesmas is one institution that need relevance, reliable, and timeliness information to increase their service to their patient and also other parties in the hospital. In order to get the maximize benefit of Management Information System of Local Government (SIMDA)Performance, so It needs some controls and assess in SIMDA Performance. In this research there are education and training program, capabilities and experience personnel, top management support and formalization of informatio system as independent variables and SIMDA performance as dependent variable. The result of this research simultaneously shows that four independent variable have significant effect. But partially, education and training program and formlaization of information system have a positive influence on the performance of the information system, as for capabilities and experience of personnel and top management support despite the positive but not significant effect on the performance of the information system.
