Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian Timbulnya gejala diare merupakan indikasi timbulnya penyakit bawaan makanan. Puskesmas Padang Pasir mencatat sebanyak 585 kasus diare. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pendidikan, pengetahuan dan sikap dengan perilaku penjamah makanan dalam penerapan higiene sanitasi makanan pada pedagang soto ceker di pantai Muaro Lasak Kota Padang Tahun 2018. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional dan dilakukan di Pantai Muaro Lasak Kota Padang bulan Agustus 2018 - Juni 2019, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% (α=0,05). Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 48,6% penjamah makanan memiliki penerapan higiene sanitasi makanan yang kurang baik, 57,1% mempunyai tingkat pendidikan rendah, 40% memiliki pengetahuan rendah dan 47,1% memiliki sikap negatif. Berdasarkan anlisis bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan (p=0,049) dan sikap (p=0,002) dengan perilaku perilaku penjamah makanan dalam penerapan higiene sanitasi makanan. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan (p=0,057) dengan perilaku penjamah makanan dalam penerapan higiene sanitasi makanan. Kesimpulan Variabel yang berhubungan dengan perilaku penjamah makanan adalah pendidikan dan sikap. Padang Pasir Public Health Center recorded total of 585 of dhiarrea. This study aims to determine the relationship of education, knowledge and attitudes to the behavior of the food handlers in food hygiene and sanitation applied to traders claw on the Muaro Lasak Beach Padang City 2018. Method This research is quantitative research with cross sectional study design and performed in Muaro Lasak beach Padang City on August 2018 - June 2019, with a sample size of 70 people were taken using simple random sampling technique. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using Chi-square test with 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). Result The results showed as much as 48.6% of food handlers have application in food hygiene and sanitation is not good, 57.1% have a low level of education, 40% have low knowledge and 47.1% had a negative attitude. Based on bivariate anlysis showed a significant relationship between the level of education (p = 0.049) and attitude (p = 0.002) with the behavior of the application behavior of the food handlers in food hygiene and sanitation. There was no relationship between knowledge (p = 0.057) with the behavior of the food handlers in food hygiene and sanitation applied. Conclusion Variable that had a relationship with the food handler behavior is education and attitude. It is advisable for traders to improve the quality of personal hygiene and hand washing facilities with running water and for Padang Pasir Community Health Center in order to carry out health promotion and environmental health inspection on street food vendors in the Muaro Lasak Beach Padang City.
