Abstract

Rights and freedom of infomation, is, guided by Iho right to obtain information that is in the hands of Public bodies. This reflects the Principle that Information does not belong to Public bodies,such information can be utilized by all members of society the individual must be able to access in information ,unless there is a higher interest publick which became thr reason for denying access to information righ to freedom of information is more than just a passive right to obtain documentation based on the submission of the request but will also include a positive duty on states to publish and disseminate important information to the public.In the. System prevailing in the legal and human right,freedom of information sources on the right to freedom of expression includes the right to seek,receive other sources of law also provides protection of human rights as a whole, will not be able to function proper if there is no guarantee of freedom of information.Right to freedom of information can only be effectively enforced if the law guaranteed and if the terms of the enforcement of such rights are specified clearly,the policies that involve the law, over time,a series of official statements,court decisions and practices that apply nationally have developed a number of minimum standars that must be met and the policy of freedom of information.
