FAKULTAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UNIVERSITAS ANDALAS Skripsi, Juni 2019 KARNELA AYU RISKI, No. Bp. 1511212027 ANALISIS PERAN PERAWAT DALAM PENERAPAN PATIENT SAFETY DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT BHAYANGKARA PADANG TAHUN 2018 xi + 93 halaman, 16 tabel, 01 gambar, 14 lampiran ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian Angka kejadiaan infeksi di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Padang pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Agustus 2018 yaitu infeksi nosokomial sebesar 4,8% pasien dengan phlebitis dan 6,6% pasien dengan Infeksi Daerah Operasi (IDO). Angka ini melebihi standar yang ditetapkan oleh Depkes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganaliasis peran perawat dalam penerapan patient safety di ruang rawat inap RS Bhayangkara Padang tahun 2018. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Oktober 2018 sampai Februari 2019. Teknik penentuan informan dengan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, FGD, telaah dokumen dan observasi. Pengolahan data dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan analisa data yang dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komponen masukan: Pedoman merujuk kepada Permenkes RI dan SK Direktur RS, Tenaga mencukupi, sudah terdapat tim khusus keselamatan pasien, Dana sudah mencukupi, Sarana dan Prasarana belum mencukupi dan masih ada yang belum sesuai standar. Komponen proses: Kepemimpinan kepala ruang telah baik, Kerjasama tim dilakukan dengan baik, Komunikasi dilakukan dengan efektif, terdapat gap pelaporan, Monitoring dan evaluasi sudah dilakukan rutin. . This figure exceeds the standard set by MOH. This study aims to analyze the role of nurses in the application of patient safety at inpatient room of Bhayangkara Padang Hospital in 2018 Method This research is a qualitative research. This research conducted in October 2018 to February 2019. The technique to determining informants with purposive sampling. Data collection by in-depth interviews, FGDs, document review and observation. Data processing is done by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions, and analyzing data carried out by source triangulation and methods. Result The results of the study show the input component: The guidelines refer to the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation and the Decree of the Hospital Director, sufficient energy, there is already a patient safety special team, the funds are sufficient, facilities and infrastructure are insufficient and there are still those that do not meet the standards. Component process: The leadership of the head of the room is good, Teamwork is done well, Communication is done effectively, there is a gap in reporting, Monitoring and evaluation done regularly. Output Component: the application of patient safety by nurses in the inpatient ward of Bhayangkara Hospital Padang has been able to suppress the risk of nosocomial infections Conclusion In general, the role of nurses in reducing the risk of nosocomial infections in Bhayangkara Padang Hospital has been well-proven with zero infections from September to December 2018 Bibliography : 54 (2006-2018) Keyword :application of patient safety, leadership, teamwork, communication
