Abstract

In an effort on fulfilment the need of tools and infrastructures, state need the corporates that astir the surface. In example, to fullfll the tools and infrastructures of stationary. State will make an announcement which known as auction that all of the coorporates that runs in this field could participate in and obey the rules. The formulation of the problem in this minithesist are: 1. How the forms and the contents of the contract between the Financial Management Services and Assets (DPKA) with CV. Indo Global in provisioning the tools and infrastructures of PBB and Local Tax (the expenditure of stationary) was 2. How the implementation of the treaty in the contract between the Financial Management Services and Assets (DPKA) with CV. Indo Global in provisioning the tools and infrastructures of PBB and Local Tax (the expenditure of stationary) was 3. What the obstacles that being faces by the sides in dispute in implying the contents of the contract's treaty and the way to solve were. The approach that being used in this research is sociological juridical, in the descriptive way, data being collected from library research and field research. Then the collected data analysed with the qualitative method, then the result will be congruent with the problem that being analyse. Result of the research; I. The contract between the Financial Management Services and Assets (DPKA) with CV. Indo Global in provisioning the tools and infrastructures of PBB and Local Tax (the expenditure of stationary) is an authentic official document that consist of some sections. 2. The implementations of contract is based on the contents of the official document that the two parties already agreed, which is mean that all the possibilities that will be happened already arranged in the contract that has been made. 3. The obstacles were: a. The obstacle of the administration completeness, the documents from the implementer, b. In time of negotiating the price that being caused by the implementer that stand on its own price, c. In implementing the work in which the work implementer asked for renegotiate die price with the reason that the price in the market is rising, d. In payment, the implementer did not fullfil the administration of the work result
