Abstract

This research is to describe the influences of environmental performance and environmental disclosure to the company's value. This research uses regression analysis to determine whether environmental performance and environmental disclosure has a significant influence over company's value. This research used a sample of 15 Non-Manufacturing Companies in Indonesia from year 2011 - 2013. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The result of this research indicates that there is no significant effect between environmental performance and company’s value. The result of this research shows that there is no significant effect between environmental disclosure and company's value. And also there is no significant effect between environmental performance, environmental disclosure, and company's value.
