Abstract

Namun, sering kali perempuan dihadapkan pada konflik peran dimana perempuan menjadi seorang istri atau ibu dan sekaligus juga pekerja. Selain itu teknologi saat ini selain memberikan manfaat juga menimbulkan tekanan terhadap penggunanya. Diharapkan adanya efikasi diri yang tinggi mampu mengurangi konflik peran dan tekanan teknologi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work-family conflict dan technostress terhadap work-life balance yang dimoderasi oleh self efficacy. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 16.098 Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) Kuliner yang dipimpin perempuan di Kota Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 267 responden. Respon rate penelitian sebesar 92,88% sebanyak 248 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan work-family conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work-life balance, technostress berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap work-life balance, self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work-life balance, self efficacy tidak memoderasi hubungan work-family conflict terhadap work-life balance maupun technostress terhadap work-life balance. However, women are often faced with role conflicts where women become a wife or mother and at the same time a worker. In addition, today's technology in addition to providing benefits also creates pressure on its users. It is hoped that high self-efficacy can reduce role conflict and technological pressure. This study aims to examine the effect of work-family conflict and technostress on work-life balance moderated by self-efficacy. The population in this study were 16,098 culinary micro and small enterprises (MSEs) led by women in Padang City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that 267 respondents were obtained. The research response rate was 92.88% as many as 248 respondents. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that work-family conflict has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance, technostress has a negative and insignificant effect on work-life balance, self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance, self efficacy does not moderate the relationship of work�family conflict to work-life balance or technostress to work-life balance.
