Abstract

Universitas Andalas is one of the universities in Indonesia. The university has implemented online procurement activities through several operational systems such as LPSE and SIMPeL Kemdikbud. Universitas Andalas wants information on procurement activities to be published for data disclosure, but this data is separated from the two operational systems, and Universitas Andalas does not have access to the back-end of these two information systems. From these problems, an information system is needed that is able to integrate the two operational systems, collect data, then process the data into information that will be displayed to the public. The methodology used in system design is Waterfall Methodology. With this methodology, system design will go through stages such as System Require Analysis, System Design, Implementation and Testing. Data collection is done using the website scrapping method through the Selenium library in Python to retrieve data from both operational systems. The system is designed to display data in the form of a dashboard that is used to analyze the productivity of procurement at Universitas Andalas. Then there will be a function to update data by connecting the system with Selenium to collect data from the operational system. The designed system is able to do the job as designed and can be used as a procurement information disclosure system. This research is expected to help the publication and disclosure of information from procurement activities at Universitas Andalas.
