Abstract

This study aims to test and prove the effect of financial inclusion on individual welfare and the use of rahn, the effect of using rahn on individual welfare, and the effect of financial inclusion on individual welfare through the use of rahn at Sharia Pawnbroking in Padang City. This research is quantitative research and uses purposive sampling in sampling, so that 100 respondents are obtained according to predetermined criteria. This study uses financial inclusion as the dependent variable, individual well-being as the independent and rahn as the mediating variable. The type of data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires either directly or through google form. The results of this study indicate that financial inclusion has a significant positive effect on rahn, financial inclusion has a significant positive effect on individual welfare, rahn has a significant positive effect on individual welfare, and financial inclusion has a significant positive effect on individual welfare mediated by rahn.
