Abstract
ANALISIS STRATEGI E-CHANNEL PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA DI REGIONAL OFFICE PADANG Thesis by Olin Nofita 2Syafrizal3FajriAdrianto Department of Magister Management, Universitas Andalas Padang, 25173, Indonesia Abstract The growth and progress of technology, information and science have brought enormous changes to the business industry, especially in the banking industry. One of the innovations in applying the latest technology in the financial sector is financial technology (FinTech). The aim of this research is to analyze the e-channels strategy of Bank BRI Regional Padang. Analysis was carried out using the business model canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis. In this research, 3 informants were taken from within the company. The research stages begin with the Business Model Canvas and SWOT, problem identification, data collection, data analysis, interpretation of results and conclusions. Through the analysis described above, the results obtained show that Bank BRI has implemented the Business Model Canvas. Based on the results of the SWOT matrix, 14 alternative strategies were obtained that Bank BRI Regional Office Padang could choose in an effort to improve e-channel. After carrying out the SWOT analysis, further development was carried out by adding additions to each element of the 9 BMC blocks to produce a new business model canvas on the BRI Bank e-channel. The limitations of this research are limited to only using the Business Model Canvas analysis method and SWOT analysis. It is recommended to use the analysis method using QSPM to get better results. The informants in this research only focused on informants who came from within the company. It is recommended that further research include informants from external parties such as the OJK. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA DI REGIONAL OFFICE PADANG Thesis oleh : Olin Nofita Syafrizal FajriAdrianto Pertumbuhan dan kemajuan teknologi, informasi dan ilmu pengetahuan telah membawa perubahan yang sangat besar pada dunia usaha khususnya pada industri perbankan. Salah satu inovasi dalam penerapan teknologi terkini di bidang keuangan adalah financial technology (FinTech). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi e-channel Bank BRI Regional Padang. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan business model canvas (BMC) dan analisis SWOT. Dalam penelitian ini diambil 3 informan yang berasal dari dalam perusahaan. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dengan Business Model Canvas dan SWOT, identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, analisis data, interpretasi hasil dan kesimpulan. Melalui analisis yang diuraikan di atas, hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Bank BRI telah menerapkan Business Model Canvas. Berdasarkan hasil matriks SWOT diperoleh 14 alternatif strategi yang dapat dipilih Bank BRI Kantor Wilayah Padang dalam upaya perbaikan e-channel. Setelah melakukan analisis SWOT, dilakukan pengembangan lebih lanjut dengan melakukan penambahan setiap elemen pada 9 blok BMC sehingga menghasilkan kanvas model bisnis baru pada e-channel Bank BRI. Keterbatasan penelitian ini hanya sebatas menggunakan metode analisis Business Model Canvas dan analisis SWOT. Disarankan menggunakan metode analisis menggunakan QSPM untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik. Informan dalam penelitian ini hanya terfokus pada informan yang berasal dari dalam perusahaan.
