Abstract
Pengaruh quality of work life dan manajemen pengetahuan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variable mediasi.(Study on DPRD Secretariat West Pasaman Regency) Tesis Oleh Rizki Aulia Pebimbing I: Dr Yulihasri,SE,MBA Pembimbing II: Dr. Hendra Lukito, S.E., M.M ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dalam bekerja, termasuk quality of work life dan manajemen pengetahuan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dengan sampel 66 pegawai. Menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan deskripsi faktor dengan SmartPLS 4.0, hasil menunjukkan quality of work life dan manajemen pengetahuan memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Quality of work life dan manajemen pengetahuan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi OCB secara positif dan signifikan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara quality of work life dan OCB, serta manajemen pengetahuan dan OCB.. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan kerja ,organizational Citizenship behaviour,manajemen pengetahuan dan quality of work life 4 The influence of quality of work life and knowlesdge management on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.(Study on DPRD Secretariat West Pasaman Regency) Tesis Oleh Rizki Aulia Pebimbing I: Dr Yulihasri,SE,MBA Pembimbing II: Dr. Hendra Lukito, S.E., M.M ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the factors influencing organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at work, including quality of work life and knowledge management with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research population is employees of the Secretariat of the Pasaman Barat Regency DPRD with a sample of 66 employees. Using descriptive statistical analysis and factor description with SmartPLS 4.0, the results show that quality of work life and knowledge management have a positive and significant relationship with OCB. Quality of work life and knowledge management also have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, which in turn influences OCB positively and significantly. Additionally, job satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between quality of work life and OCB, as well as knowledge management and OCB.
