Abstract

This research aim to investigate whether there is a difference on company performance in the adoption of IT Governance in manufacturing and mining companies. The sample consists of 8 manufacturing companies and 4 mining companies listed in IDX. This research analysis was carried out using paired sample t-test to examine the impact before adoption and after adoption of IT Governance. The result shows that there is no significance different in company performance between pre adoption and post adoption of IT Governance in manufacture and mining companies. The result contribute to the managers and boards of companies in making appropriate choices about considering to adopt IT governance.
