Abstract

Molestation is all actions taken to obtain sexual pleasure while disturbing the honor of morality. There has been an increase in the number and intensity of molestation that can be proven by the increasing number of reports in various media, both printed and electronic. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of molestation cases examined at Dr. RSUP M Djamil Padang for the period of January 2014 until December 2018. This research is a retrospective descriptive study using secondary data. Data was obtained from the results of Visum et Repertum of victims who were examined at Dr M. Djamil Hospital Padang in the period January 2014 to December 2018. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis carried out on each research variable on the research results. The results of this study showed the majority of victims were female (68.6%) with an age range <12 years (80.0%), had a history of recent education at the elementary school (54.3%), and employment as a student (65.7%) . The most common type of case was inserting fingers/other objects into the genitalia (34.3%), the relationship of the victim and the perpetrators were close people not related to blood (71.4%), the most types of threats and manipulations were persuasion (45.7%). On physical examination the majority did not occur in violence (94.3%) and no oral, anal and genital abnormalities (47.2%). DJAMIL PADANG PERIODE 2014-2018 Oleh Piscesia Monika Pencabulan merupakan semua perbuatan yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kenikmatan seksual sekaligus mengganggu kehormatan kesusilaan. Terjadi peningkatan jumlah maupun intensitas tindakan pencabulan yang dapat dibuktikan dengan semakin banyaknya pemberitaan di berbagai media, baik cetak maupun elektronik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kasus pencabulan yang diperiksa di RSUP Dr. M Djamil Padang periode Januari 2014 sampai dengan Desember 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif retrospektif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Data diperoleh dari hasil Visum et Repertum korban pencabulan yang diperiksa di RSUP Dr M. Djamil Padang periode Januari 2014 sampai dengan Desember 2018. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis univariat yang dilakukan pada setiap variabel penilitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan mayoritas karakteristik korban adalah berjenis kelamin perempuan (68,6%) dengan usia <12 tahun (80,0%), tingkat pendidikan SD (54,3%), dan pekerjaan sebagai pelajar (65,7%). Jenis kasus terbanyak adalah memasukkan jari/benda lain ke genitalia (34,3%), hubungan korban dan pelaku terbanyak adalah orang dekat tidak berhubungan darah (71,4%), jenis ancaman dan manipulasi terbanyak adalah bujukan (45,7%). Pada pemeriksaan fisik mayoritas ditemukan tidak terjadi kekerasaan (94,3%) dan tidak ada kelainan pada oral, anal dan genital (47,2%). Kata kunci: Kekerasan seksual, pencabulan, Visum et Repertum
