Abstract

This research aims to provide evidence that: (1) To find out how far the effect of exchange rate fluctuations on earnings Velvet Textile Indonesia Corp. (2) To find out how far the effect of inflation on earnings Velvet Textile Indonesia Corp. (3) To know how far the US exchange rate fluctuations and inflation simultaneously or together affect the earnings Velvet Textile Indonesia Corp. This research uses descriptive quantitative method, which is research on the data collected and expressed in the form of numbers, though also in the form of qualitative data as supporters, such as words or sentences quoted from an journals, articles, and books. This study aims to determine whether there is a correlation (correlation) between the variables X and Y is the influence of exchange rate fluctuations and inflation on earnings Velvet Textile Indonesia Corp. The research model in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results in the regression model are known which is: (1) The test results F US variable exchange rate and inflation has a significant influence together to profits Velvet Textile Indonesia Corp. (2) The results of the t test variable exchange rate of US shows that the US exchange rate significantly affect earnings Velvet Textile Indonesia Corp. (3) The results of the t test variable inflation shows that inflation is not a significant effect on earnings the Velvet Textile Indonesia Corp. Keywords: US Exchange Rate, Inflation,Earnings.
