Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is urging people that mental health have to be on the list of those purpose as the work environment and the behaviors related to it are determining characteristics that may unleash side-effects in employees’ well-being. This pandemic also had impact on healthcare employees who experience stress due to exhaustion because of dealing with the virus and patients directly. Nurses are important because they are central to dealing with the large number of injuries typically associated with large-scale disasters like covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine the influence of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and resilience on job performance. This study is quantitative research with sample size of 110, determined using Isaac and Michael sample table and obtain from nurses of DR. Drs. M. Hatta Brain Hospital Bukittinggi. Data was processed and analyzed using SPSS version 26 software. This study found that emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and resilience has a positive and significant influence on job performance.
