Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi berwirausaha, efikasi diri, dan motivasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha mikro kecil di kota Padang. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 84 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4.0, dengan melakukan uji evaluation of measurement model dan evaluation of structural model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi berwirausaha, efikasi diri, dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha mikro kecil di kota Padang.
