Abstract

This research aims to: (1) describe the hydroponic pakchoy farming technique carried out by Arif Hidrofarm, Pauh District, Padang City. (2) analyze the amount of income and profits obtained from hydroponic pakchoy cultivation by Arif Hidrofarm, Pauh Kota District. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a case study approach. The data collected is primary data and secondary data. The research results show that the Arif Hidrofarm business was founded by Arif Abdul Putra S.Pd in 2016 and already has 10,000 planting holes. Arif Hidrofarm has permanent vendor partners to sell production every day in accordance with the agreed agreement. The profit or net profit obtained by this business during the research period was IDR. 11,012,277.7,- . Based on the R/C Ratio analysis of Arif Hidrofarm farming in the period 1 April – 30 April 2023 is 7,9. It is hoped that Arif Hidrofarm will carry out good financial records regarding costs incurred during the production process and that farm owners will have business development plans and also carry out promotions so that the business can further develop and expand the market, so that it can increase production and profits
