Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of product innovation, price and service quality on consumer online decision. The sample of this research is student of economic and business student in Andalas University ,Padang West Sumatran and ever used maxim as an online transportation, with a total of 127 samples. The sampling technique of this research uses purposive sampling (non-probability sampling) using primary data with a 5-point Likert scale. Data processing in this research was carried out using Microsoft Office Excel and IBM SPSS software version 26. The results of this research show that product innovation, price and service quality have an positive and significant impact on consumer online decision making of Andalas University Economic and Business Student Keywords: consumer online decision, price, product innovation, service quality
