Abstract

Management of village finance requires the existence of good governance in which one of its pillars is accountability. Management of village finance should be done based on the principle of governance which transparent, accountable and participatory. This study aims to find out how accountability on financial management using the instruments of Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 on Village Financial Management. This research data using primary data. The research method using qualitative method. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Data collection technique is done by using interview technique, observation and documentation. The results of the research on Nagori Kayutanam show that that the management of village finance was good. Another finding is that accountability of planning, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability at Nagari Kayutanam has been good enough, However, there are some participatory Indicators have not been implemented yet.
