Abstract

APLIKASI LIMBAH CAIR BIOGAS TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KELAPA SAWIT (Elaeis guinnensis Jaq) PADA FASE MAIN NURSERY. Abstrak Penelitian tentang aplikasi limbah cair biogas terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit pada fase main nursery telah dilakukan di kebun percobaan Kampus III Universitas Andalas Dharmasraya dari bulan Februari sampai Mei 2018. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit pada fase main nursery terhadap pemberian limbah cair biogas. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Dosis limbah cair biogas yang digunakan yaitu tanpa limbah cair biogas, 300 ml/polybag, 400 ml/polybag, 500 ml/polybag, dan 600 ml/polybag. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis secara statistik dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan’s New Multiple Runge Test (DNMRT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil sidik ragam menunjukkan bahwa pemberian beberapa dosis limbah cair biogas memberikan pengaruh pada diameter bonggol dengan dosis 600 ml/polybag, namun tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel tinggi tanaman, panjang helaian daun, dan jumlah daun. Kata kunci : Biogas, Bibit, Kelapa Sawit, Main nursery. APPLICATION OF BIOGAS WASTEWATER 0N THE GROWTH OIL PALM SEEDLING (Elaeis quineensis Jaq) IN THE MAIN NURSERY. Abstrack A reseach of apllication of Biogas wastewater on the growth oil palm seedding main nursery. Was done at experimental garden campus III Andalas University Dharmasraya from February to May 2018. The reseach aims was to find out the effect of biogas wastewater on the of oil growth palm seedding main nursery. The reseach was arranged in completely randomized design with 5 treatment and 3 application. The dosage of biogas wastewater which be used is without biogas wastewater, 300 ml/polybag, 400 ml/polybag, 500 ml/polybag, and 600 ml/polybag. The data were analyzed statistically comfirmed by Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) on 5% level. The result showed that application some of biogas wastewater give the effect on hump diameter with 600 ml/polybag. However, it didn’t give any effect on seedding height, Length of leaves and number of leaves.Abstract Keyword : Biogas, Seed, Palm, Main nursery.
