Abstract
The aims of this study was to determine the effect of local government budget on education, health, housing and infrastructure to P0,P1 and P2 and find the variation effect of spending on education, health, housing and infrastructure functions on poverty Indonesia’s provinces in the 2011-2016 period. The data used in this study are panel data (6 year time series data and cross section data as many as 396 districts / cities from 22 provinces). The analytical method used in this study is a method of multiple linear regression analysis (Pooled Least Square Regression Analysis). Based on the estimation results, the local government budget on education, health, housing and infrastructure has negative effect to P0 and there are six variations effect of the local government budget on education, health, housing and infrastructure functions on poverty Indonesia’s provinces.
