Abstract

The aims of this study are to measure zakat distribution program by Padang BAZNAS, Family Size and Income influencing the individual level Human Development Index (HDI). The population of this study was 508 people who received productive based zakat (DBU). While the chosen ones were 100 people using simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that DBU and the number of family dependents have a significant effect on HDI From the result of Income, Income is not influence the HDI of Mustahik Significantly because commonly Mustahik Are use it to consume only. From the results of this study the authors suggest that Padang BAZNAS increase the allocation of zakat funds and provide education to the community, especially in the city of Padang to participate in the Family Planning Program (KB). So that zakat will have more influence on the human development index in the city of Padang Keywords: HDI, Planning Program, DBU
