Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the financial capabilities of Kabupaten Solok and the effect of financial capabilities to Human Development Index period 2010-2016. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative and using secondary data from Local Governments Finance Report and Human Development Index Report of Kabupaten Solok period 2010-2016, then analyzed using multiple regression. Based on the result of research, it is conclude that (1) overall, the financial capabilities of Kabupaten Solok period 2010-2016 is still depends from external income. (2) In general, the financial capabilities of Kabupaten Solok not effect on the Human Development Index Of Kabupaten Solok period 2018. This study has limitation, which are few data from previous research.
