Abstract

Kista ovarium adalah neoplasma pada ovarium yang bersifat jinak, memiliki struktur dinding yang tipis, mengandung cairan serosa serta sering terjadi pada wanita dimasa reproduksinya, sebagian besar kista terbentuk akibat adanya perubahan kadar hormone yang terjadi selama periode haid dan pelepasan sel telur dari ovarium. Tanda dan gejala dari Neoplasma Ovarium Kistik adalah seperti gangguan haid, adanya perasaan penuh dan tertekan pada perut bagian bawah, penurunan nafsu makan, nyeri saat bersenggama, serta pada stadium lanjut dapat mengakibatkan ascites. Penulisan laporan ilmiah akhir ini bertujuan untuk membahas asuhan keperawatan pada Ny.N (40 tahun) dengan neoplasma ovarium kistik suspect malignancy dan penerapan evidence based nursing practice relaksasi benson di ruang Ginekologi Onkologi Kebidanan RSUP. Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Dalam mengatasi nyeri serta kecemasan yang dialami pasien, perawat dapat menggunakan teknik non farmakologis, salah satunya yaitu relaksasi benson. Teknik relaksasi benson merupakan teknik relaksasi yang digabungkan dengan keyakinan yang dianut oleh pasien, dan akan menghambat aktivitas saraf simpatis yang dapat menurunkan konsumsi oksigen yang membuat otot-otot tubuh menjadi rileks sehingga menimbulkan perasaan tenang dan nyaman. Terapi ini efisien dari segi biaya, non invasif, dan berpengaruh positif terhadap pengurangan nyeri yang dialami pasien. Setelah dilakukan implementasi teknik relaksasi benson, nyeri dan kecemasan pasien berkurang. Laporan ilmiah ini dapat menjadi bahan masukan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan khusunya pada pasien dengan neoplasma ovarium kistik suspect malignancy serta penerapan evidence based nursing practice diruangan. Djamil Padang ABSTRACT Ovarian cysts are benign neoplasm in the ovary, has a thin wall structure, serous fluid and often occur in women during reproduction, most cysts are formed due to changes in hormone level that occurs during the menstrual period, the productions and release of ovarian eggs. Signs and symptoms of cystic ovary neoplasm is the presence of menstrual disorders, feeling full and depressed in the lower abdomen, pain during intercourse, and at an advanced stage resulted in ascites. The purpose of writing this final scientific report is to discuss nursingcare in Mrs. N (40 years old) with cystic ovarian neoplasm suspect malignancy and the application of evidence based nursing practice to benson relaxation in the Gynecology Oncology room at Dr. M. Djamil Padang. In overcoming pain and anxiety experienced by patients, nurses can use non-pharmacological techniques, one of them is benson relaxation. Benson relaxation technique is a relaxation technique that is combined with the belief held by patients, and will inhibit sympathetic nerve activity which can reduce oxygen comsumption which makes the muscles body to be relax so that raises feeling quiet and comfortable. This therapy is cost efficient, non invasive, and has a positive effect on reducing the pain experienced by patients. After implementation is the patient’s pain and anxiety. This scientific report can be input into the provision of nursing care especially in patients with neoplasm ovarian cyst suspect malignancy and application of evidence based nursing practice in the room.
