Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi pada Pangeran beach hotel Padang. Penelitian ini adalah exploratory research dengan metode quantitative. Sampling technique with purposive sampling, jumlah populasi sebanyak 153 orang, hanya karyawan tetap yang akan menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 112 orang. This research uses SEM-PLS with smartPLS 2 program. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, servant leadership berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, variabel kepuasan kerja memiliki peran parsial mediasi antara pengaruh servant leadership terhadap turnover intention pada Pangeran beach hotel Padang. Kata Kunci: Servant Leadership, turnover intention, kepuasan kerja. Abstract This research aims to discover the impact of Servant Leadership on the Turnover Intention with job satisfaction mediating in Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang. This research is a quantitative exploratory research. The sampling technique that was used is the purposive sampling, with the 153 people as the population. This research also uses SEM-PLS with smartPLS 2 program. The result shows that servant leadership has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction, servant leadership also has a significant negative impact on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative significant impact on turnover intention, and job satisfaction variable takes a partial role mediating the impact of servant leadership towards turnover intention in Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang.
