Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Integrated Scorecard dapat mendukung strategi keberlanjutan PT Semen Padang dengan mengintegrasikan aspek lingkungan dan sosial ke dalam strategi bisnis inti perusahaan, pemantauan menyeluruh terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan, dan manajemen pemangku kepentingan. Sampel penelitian ini melalui penelitian kepustakaan terhadap laporan tahunan perusahaan periodes 2015 – 2016 yang sudah dipublikasikan. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan sebagai berikut, tahapan pengukuran kinerja terdiri dari identifikasi objective strategies, pembuatan strategy map, dan identifikasi Performance indicators. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Integrated Scorecard dapat mendukung strategi keberlanjutan PT Semen Padang dengan mengintegrasikan aspek lingkungan dan sosial ke dalam strategi bisnis inti perusahaan, dapat memantau secara menyeluruh terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan, dan manajemen pemangku kepentingan (Stakheholder) yang tertuang dalam laporan sustainability tahunan PT Semen Padang. Kata Kunci: Integrated Scorecard, Sustainability strategy, Strategy map, Performance indicators, dan Stakeholders ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Integrated Scorecard to support PT Semen Padang sustainability strategy by integrating environmental and social aspects into the company's core business strategy, comprehensive monitoring of sustainability performance, and stakeholder management. The sample of this research through literature research on the company's annual report period 2015 - 2016 has been published. Data processing performed as follows, performance measurement step consists of identification objectives strategies, making strategy map, Performance indicators identification. The results of the study show that the Integrated Scorecard can support PT Semen Padang sustainability strategy by integrating environmental and social aspects into the company's core business strategy, able to monitor thoroughly the sustainability performance, and stakeholder management (Stakheholder) as contained in PT Semen Padang annual sustainability report.
