Abstract

The present study is conducted to find out the role of self-leadership on student’s entrepreneurial intention with self-efficacy as mediating variable of research. This research was conducted on Andalas University. Information collected through the questionnaire items. The questionnaries were distributed to 180 students using cansus sampling method. The data analyzed using SPSS 16 for characteristic respondents and using SmartPLS 3.0 to analyze the indicators and hypotheses. The result indicate that there was significant positive impact of self-leadership on entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention, self-leadership has significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention with entrepreneurial self-efficacy as mediated variable, and the last self-leadership has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention.
