Abstract

ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan penelitian analisis laju dosis radiasi menggunakan surveymeter fluke dan surveymeter inspector di sekitar instalasi radioterapi dan radiologi RS. Universitas Andalas Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur laju dosis radiasi dan melakukan evaluasi berdasarkan Pembatas Dosis (PD) Perka BAPETEN No 3 Tahun 2013 dan Perka BAPETEN No 8 Tahun 2011, memperkirakan efek biologis radiasi, serta evaluasi fasilitas proteksi radiasi berdasarkan Safety Report Series No. 47 IAEA dan Safety Report Series No. 39 IAEA. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada beberapa titik pengukuran di sekitar instalasi radioterapi dan radiologi. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa laju dosis radiasi di sekitar instalasi radioterapi berkisar antara (0-1,907) µSv per jam. Laju dosis radiasi di instalasi radiologi berkisar antara (0-1,209) µSv per jam. Laju dosis radiasi yang didapatkan masih di bawah nilai Pembatas Dosis (PD) Perka BAPETEN No 3 Tahun 2013 dan Perka BAPETEN No 8 Tahun 2011. Perkiraan efek biologis radiasi yang ditimbukan di sekitar instalasi radioterapi dan radiologi adalah efek stokastik. Fasilitas proteksi radiasi di instalasi radioterapi dan radiologi telah memenuhi syarat Safety Report Series No. 47 IAEA dan Safety Report Series No. 39 IAEA. Universitas Andalas Padang Surveymeter fluke, Surveymeter Inspector ABSTRACT An analysis of radiation dose rate has been conducted by using surveymeter fluke and surveymeter inspector around the room of radiotherapy and radiology installation in the hospital of Andalas University Padang. This study purpose to measure the rate of radiation doses and conducts an evaluation based on Pembatas Dosis (PD) Perka BAPETEN No. 3 of 2013 and BAPETEN Regulation No. 8 of 2011, as well as estimating the biological effects of radiation and evaluation of radiation protection facilities based on Safety Report Series No. 47 IAEA and Safety Report Series No. 39 IAEA.The collecting of data has been done at several measurement points around the radiotherapy and radiology room. The measurement result shows that the rate of radiation doses around the radiotherapy installation room is ranged from (0-1,907) µSv per hour. the radiation dose rate in radiology installations ranged from (0-1,209) µSv per hour. The obtained rate of radiation dose is still below Pembatas Dosis (PD) Perka BAPETEN No. 3 of 2013 and BAPETEN Regulation No. 8 of 2011. Estimates of the biological effects of radiation incurred around radiotherapy and radiology installations are stochastic effects. The fasilities protection of radiation has been qualified from Safety Report Series No. 47 IAEA dan Safety Report Series No. 39 IAEA.
