Abstract

Salah satu sumber pendapatan rumah sakit yang penting adalah layanan rawat inap salah satunya adalah pelayanan perawatan. Pelayanan keperawatan termasuk salah satu pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien dalam rangka proses penyembuhan dan perawatan pasien di rumah sakit. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis biaya satuan (unit cost) pelayanan tindakan keperawatan rawat inap berdasarkan Activity Based Costing (ABC) di RSUD Arosuka Kabupaten Solok. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kombinasi pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk menghitung unit cost (biaya satuan) paket tindakan keperawatan rawat inap. Hasil penelitian perhitungan menggunakan metode ABC menunjukan bahwa biaya satuan lebih besar dibandingkan dengan tarif paket tindakan keperawatan yang saat ini sedang berjalan, yang hasil terbesar terdapat pada perawatan intensive care yaitu Rp. 776. 942,-/hari. Jika perhitungan biaya gaji dan Jasa pelayanan dikeluarkan dari biaya satuan kemudian jasa pelayanan di tambahkan dengan perhitungan jasa sarana dan jasa pelayanan 56 % dan 46 % maka didapatkan perhitungan tarif untuk perawatan parsial Rp. 21.527,-/hari, total care 43.053,-/hari dan intensive care Rp. 92.415/hari. Penelitian ini menyarankan untuk mengoptimalkan perencanaan yang terkait kebutuhan untuk memberikan pelayanan keperawatan terhadap pasien, mengevaluasi kebutuhan tenaga keperawatan dan mengoptimalkan pelayanan asuhan keperawatan melalui supervisi pelayanan keperawatan. Nursing action is one of the services provided to patients in the context of healing process and patient care at the hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze unit cost of inpatient nursing action services based on Activity Based Costing (ABC) in Arosuka General Hospital, Solok District. This study was used combination of qualitative and quantitative approached to calculate unit cost inpatient nursing action packages. The results of calculation using ABC method show that the unit cost is greater than the package price of nursing actions. The greatest charge occur in intensive care treatments, Rp. 776. 942, - / day. If the salary and service fees being removed from the unit costs, then the service is added by calculating the tool services and services fee 56% and 44%, then the calculation of charge for partial maintenance is Rp. 21,527 / day, total care 43,053 / day and intensive care Rp. 92,415 / day. This study suggested optimizing planning which related to need nursing services provide to patients, evaluating the needs of nursing staff and optimizing nursing care
