Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil usaha Kebun Jeruk Madu Petik di Kawasan Agrowisata serta menganalisis kelayakan finansial usaha perkebunan tersebut. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret – April 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Secara umum sistem pengelolaan yang dilaksanakan masih belum sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) jeruk madu Kecamatan Baso. Dari kriteria investasi yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa usaha jeruk madu petik ini layak untuk dilaksanakan dengan hasil B/C ratio sebesar 3.01, NPV sebesar Rp. 244.733.415,3 IRR sebesar 35,52, dan analisis Payback Period didapat selama 6 tahun 1 bulan. Analisis sensitivitas dilakukan terhadap 3 bentuk perubahan. Pertama, jika terjadi kenaikan cost 10% akan memperoleh IRR sebesar 32,75%. Kedua, jika terjadi penurunan benefit 30% diperoleh IRR sebesar 25,9%. Ketiga, jika terjadi kenaikan cost dan benefit sebesa 50% diperoleh IRR sebesar 7,12%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka disarankan pada petani melakukan pengelolaan jeruk madu sesuai dengan SOP jeruk madu Kecamatan Baso agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Kepada pemerintah diharapkan dapat memberikan bantuan semaksimal mungkin seperti bantuan dalam promosi dan dana untuk pengelolaan kebun, sehingga kedepannya petani-petani lain di Kawasan Agrowisata ini memiliki kemauan untuk menjadikan kebun mereka sebagai kunjungan wisatawan sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani-petani tersebut. Kata Kunci : analisis kelayakan, jeruk madu, agrowisata The aims of this study were to describe the profile of orange orchard farming in agrotourism area of Nagari Koto Tingi where the orange can be picked by visitors and to analyze the financial feasibility of the farming. This study was conducted in March-April 2018and was designed as a case study. The data were analized descriptive qualitatively and also quantitatively . The research finds that in general, the cultivation technique of orange orchard applied by the farmer was not in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of orange orchard issued by Baso Subdistrict. Moreover, based on feasibility assessment, the farming is feasible to be implemented. The assessmennt shows the value of B/C ratio, IRR and NPV of the farming respectively were 3.01, Rp. 244,733,415.3 and 35.52%. Meanwhile the length of time required to recover the investment cost is 6 years and 1 month. Furthermore, the sensitivity assessment also shows that the farming is still feasible to be implemented despite costs increase by 10% and benefit decrease by 30%. Even in conditions of costs and benefits increase and decrease simultaneously by 50% the farming is still feasible to be implemented. Based on findings, the farmer should run his orange orchard farming in accordance with the SOP order to obtain maximum production. Finally, the government should provide more assistance for farmers such as promotion and funding to improve facility and insfrastructure in the agrotourism area. .
