Abstract

Color blindness can complicate or even make a person unable to do a particular job that requires color perception in solving its responsibilities. This can be seen from the work of a pilot because many aspects of flight depend on color coding. Unfortunately, there is not yet study that can treat inherited color blindness. However, color blindness is obtained according to the cause. Based on this situation, the researcher tried to make a color detection tool that can help people with color blindness in recognizing colors. The design of the color detection system consists of Arduino Uno, TCS3200 Sensor, Mini DFPlayer Module, Micro SD Card, and Speaker. This system can distinguish the basic colors of Red, Green, and Blue that can provide voice recording notifications through the speakers. Color detection aids that are able to identify colors with an average accuracy of 75.33%. The system can issue voice recording notifications with (.wav) file type using DFPlayer Mini based on colors sensor reading. Keywords: Arduino Uno, TCS3200 Sensor, Mini DFPlayer
