Abstract

The research has the purpose to mediating role of trust on the effect of transformational leadership on team performance. The data obtained troughs questionnaire, and sample were drawn from 100 of AIESEC in Universitas Andalas members. The data analyzed by using SPSS 16 and PLS 2.0. In this research there are three variables, those are independent variable which is Transformational Leadership, the dependent variable which is Team Performance and mediating variable is Trust. The finding indicated that Transformational Leadership has significant positive effect toward Trust, Trust has significant positive effect toward Team Performance, and mediating impact of Trust on the effect between Transformational Leadership and Team Performance.
