Abstract

ABSTRAK MODEL SIMULATOR PRESCRIPTIVE SCREENING PERILAKU SEKSUAL BERISIKO PADA REMAJA DI KOTA PADANG Yuliva Terjadi peningkatan proporsi remaja laki-laki yang telah melakukan hubungan seksual aktif , mulai dari 5% tahun 2003 menjadi 6% pada tahun 2007, dan meningkat lagi menjadi 8.3% pada tahun 2012, sedangkan pada remaja perempuan yang telah melakukan hubungan seksual sebanyak 1% cenderung stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan instrument prediksi perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan mix-methods (metode kuantitatif yang dilengkapi oleh metode kualitatif) yang terdiri dari lima tahap penelitian yaitu : Penelitian tahap 1 merupakan studi kualitatif eksploratif untuk menggali informasi tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku seksual pada remaja, selanjutnya penyebaran kuesioner penelitian kuantitatif pada tahap 2, penyusunan blue print pembangun model simulator prescriptive screening perilaku seksual pada tahap 3, implementasi model simulator prescriptive screening pada tahap 4 dan evaluasi model simulator prescriptive screening perilaku seksual pada tahap 5. Hasil analisa penelitian tahap 1 menunjukkan variabel keterpaparan remaja dengan media informasi pornografi/pornoaksi, pola pengawasan keluarga yang berisiko, pengetahuan remaja tentang kespro dan seksualitas rendah, perilaku pacaran berisiko menjadi parameter dan indikator dalam menyusun kuesioner pada penelitian tahap 2. Penelitian tahap 2 menunjukkan hasil analisis bivariate semua variabel memiliki nilai p < 0.05 dan selanjutnya dilakukan analisis multivariate. Hasil analisis multivariate variabel independen yang memiliki nilai p < 0.05, semuanya diambil menjadi elemen penyusun model simulator prescriptive screening pada tahap 3 penelitian. Model simulator memiliki nilai uji sensitivitas 93% dan spesifisitas 88,8%. Selanjutnya evaluasi model simulator diperoleh nilai praktikalitas sebesar 88.64% dan nilai efektifitas model sebesar 87.22%. Model simulator prescriptive screening memiliki nilai sensitivitas dan spesifitas yang tinggi dan memiliki nilai praktikalitas pada kategori “Sangat Praktis” dan nilai efektifitas pada kategori “ Baik Sekali” dalam memprediksi perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja. Kata Kunci: Simulator Prescriptive Screening, perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja ABSTRACT THE SIMULATOR MODEL OF THE RISKY SEXUAL BEHAVIOUR PRESCRIPTIVE SCREENING ON TEENAGER IN PADANG Yuliva The proportion of male teenagers who have done active sexual intercourse increased started from 5 percent in 2003 and became 6 percent in 2007 and remained to increase to 8.3 percent in 2012, while it was stable on the female teenagers who have done sexual intercourse 1 percent. The research is aimed to find the instrument of the risky sexual behavior prediction on teenagers. The method used was mix-methods (quantitative method completed by qualitative method) that consisted of five research phase namely: The first phase reserach was the qualitative explorative study to dig up some information about the factors influence the teenagers’ sexual behavior, the second phase was the distribution of the quantitative research questionnaire, the third phase was the arrangement of the blue print of the sexual behavior prescriptive screening simulator model build-up, the fourth phase was the implementation of the prescriptive screening simulator model, and the last phase was evaluation the sexual behavior prescriptive screening simulator model. The first phase research analysis showed the exposure variable of the teenagers with the pornography/pornoaction information media, the risky family controlling pattern,the teenagers’ low knowledge on the sexual and reproduction health, the risky dating behavior became parameter and indicator in the questionnaire arrangement on the second phase research. The second phase research showed the result of all variable bivariate analysis had value p < 0.05 and next the multivariate analysis was done. The result of the independent variable multivariate analysis that had value p < 0.05, all was taken as the element of the prescriptive screening simulator model arrangement on the third phase research. The simulator model had the sensitivity test value 93 percent and the specificity 88.8 percent. Next, the simulator model evaluation had the practicality value 88.64 percent and the efectivity model value 87.22 percent. The prescriptive screening simulator model had the high sensitivity and specificity value and the practicality value in “very practical” category and the efectivity value in “very good” category in predicting the risky sexual behavior on teenagers.
