Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan kompensasi berbasis kinerja terhadap pelayanan publik serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja tugas. (Studi pada Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Barat). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode sensus terhadap 61 Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan metode survei. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan terhadap motivasi pelayanan publik, pelatihan terhadap kinerja tugas, kompensasi berbasis kinerja terhadap motivasi dalam pelayanan publik, serta motivasi pelayanan publik terhadap kinerja tugas. Serta pengaruh yang tidak signifikan kompensasi berbasis kinerja terhadap kinerja tugas. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Kompensasi Berbasis Kinerja, Motivasi Sektor Publik, dan Kinerja Tugas ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training and performance based compensation on public service motivation and its impact to job performance at the Regional Office National Land Agency of West Sumatra Province. This research was conducted by census on 61 employees of Regional Office National Land Agency of West Sumatera Province. Data analysis used structural equation modeling (SEM) with survey method. The results of this study show significant effect of training on public service motivation, training on job performance, performance based compensation on public service motivation and public service motivation on job performance. And not significant effect of performance based compensation on job performance. Keywords : Training, Performance Based Compensation, Public Service Motivation, and Job Performance
