Abstract

KONTRIBUSI SEKTOR AGROWISATA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA PETANI KELURAHAN LUBUK MNTURUN SUNGAI LAREH KOTA PADANG ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kawasan agrowisata Lubuk Minturun Kec. Koto Tangah Kota Padang, bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana alokasi sumber daya (tenaga kerja) terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga petani dan mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi kawasan agrowisata terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga petani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan responden berjumlah 84 orang petani yang memiliki usaha sektor agrowisata. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah stratisfied proportionate random sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis usahatani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alokasi tenaga kerja dalam sektor agrowisata paling besar adalah dari alokasi jam kerja istri yaitu 238,9 jam/tahun atau 19,7%. Penggunaan tenaga kerja istri didominasi pada kegiatan pemasaran. Alokasi jam kerja suami dalam agrowisata adalah 232,8 jam/tahun atau 10%. Alokasi jam kerja anak dalam agrowisata adalah 17,2 jam pertahun atau 17,3% dari total alokasi tenaga kerja anak. Perbandingan curahan jam kerja rata-rata alokasi persentase (%) tenaga kerja petani lebih kecil, yaitu 13,4%, dengan kontribusi pendapatan dalam sektor agrowisata 26%. Pada penghitungan pendapatan kontribusi dari subsektor tanaman hias lebih besar bila dibandingkan dengan kontribusi dari sektor sawah ladang dan peternakan. Secara keseluruhan Kontribusi sektor agrowisata dalam pendapatan rumah tangga petani pada penelitian ini adalah 26%, artinya usahatani dalam sektor agrowisata harus lebih dikembangkan, terutama pada subsektor sawah ladang dan peternakan. Salah satu upaya yang perlu dicoba untuk dikembangkan adalah membuat inovasi yang lebih kreatif, karena ketika ada sebuah gebrakan baru yang unik akan menarik perhatian masyarakat, ditambah lagi dengan kebutuhan estetika masyarakat yang terus meningkat seperti rekreasi wisata. This study used the survey method with respondents amounted to 84 farmers, who has agro business sector. The sampling method used is stratisfied proportionate random sampling. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive. Data analysis used is farming analysis. The results showed that the allocation of manpower in agrotourism sector is the most of the allocation of wife working hours is 238.9 hours / year or 19.7%. The use of wife labor is dominated by marketing activities. The allocation of husband's working hours in agro is 232.8 hours / year or 10%. The allocation of child labor hours in agro is 17.2 hours per year or 17.3% of the total child labor allocation. Average hourly labor comparison percentage (%) of farm labor is smaller, ie 13.4%, with contribution of income in agrotourism sector 26%. In the calculation of income contribution from the subsector of ornamental plants is greater when compared with contributions from the sawah fields fields and farms. Overall contribution of agrotourism sector in household income of farmers in this research is 26%, meaning that farming in agrotourism sector should be more developed, especially in subsector of field of farm and farm. One effort to try to develop is to make innovations more creative, because when there is a new breakthrough that will attract unique public attention, coupled with the aesthetic needs of the community continues to increase like recreation tours.
