Abstract

Analyze The Impact Of Capital Structure, Leverage, Size And Cash Holding To Firm Value (Empirical Study Of Mining Companies Listed On BEI Years 2012-2015) By : Ayu Aulia Rahmi Advisor : Drs. Iswardi, MM, Ak,CA ABSTRACT This study aims to determibe the effect of capital stucture, leverage, size and cash holding on BEI in 2012-2015. The data used in this research are financial statement of mining companies, namely statement of financial position, income statement and statement of change of equity. The method used to determine the effect is the method of quantitative analysis with the stages of hypothesis testing is done using a statistical test tool in yhe form of descriptive statistic, multiple linear regression. Analysis model and the classical assumption test. Where the variables used in the form of DER (Debt to Equity Ratio), Leverage, Size, and Cash Holding. The result of this search shows that DER and Size have negative significant effect to firm value, while Leverage and Cash Holding have a positive and significant effect ti firm value.
