Abstract

Oxygen concentration measuring device for Chlorella Vulgaris microalgae photobioreactor using SK-25F sensor has been design. Non-inverting amplifier was used to amplify sensor’s voltage output from mV scale to V scale, so it can be processed by microcontroler. Arduino Uno R3 was used as data processor device. Measurement was done on two photobioreactors, first on photobioreactor without CO2 suplly and second on photobioreaktor with CO2 supplly. The photobioreactors illuminated with halogen lamp, blue LED, solar light and without light (0 lux). The maximum concentration of O2 gas produced is 20.96%. This concentration was obtained on photobioreactor using 5000 lux halogen lamp with a supply of CO2 and photobioreaktor of solar light with CO2 supply at 03.00 pm. The error percent average device is 1.383 %. This error percent was obtained by comparing the result of measuring device with the result of reference measuring device (Gas Alert Microclip).
