Abstract

The morphometric Study on leaves of two grup of Duku and Langsat (Lansium parasiticum (Osbeck) K.C.Sahni & Bennet)” had been conducted from September to December 2016 in The Herbarium ANDA, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Andalas University. The aims of this study was to find the morphological differed of leaves character between Duku and Langsat. The Survey method was used in this research, the observation and direct collection were performed in the field. The data of the leaves measurements were analized by PAST ver. 2.10 programs. The result showed that Duku collected from Dharmasraya was differed to Langsat collected from Sijunjung. The following character of leaves that is: leaf length, leaf width, leaf rasio, length of leaf stalk, length of leaf tip, number of costae, distance vein, number of vein in upper and lower side and number of nervatio. Morphological of leaves can not used to classify between population of Duku and Langsat. Keywords: Character, L. parasiticum, Leaves, Morphometric
