Abstract

Tujuan Kelelahan merupakan kondisi kehilangan efisiensi dan penurunan kapasitas kerja serta ketahanan tubuh. Kelelahan dapat menjadi masalah yang serius karena dapat menurunkan kinerja dan produktivitas pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jenis kelamin, status gizi, kebiasaan merokok dan beban kerja dengan kelelahan pada petugas pompa SPBU By Pass KM 8 dan SPBU Pitameh Kota Padang Tahun 2017. Metode Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2016 hingga Mei 2017. Populasi adalah seluruh petugas pompa SPBU By Pass KM 8 dan SPBU Pitameh Kota Padang. Jumlah sampel 49 responden dengan metode pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Analisis data dengan uji chi-square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% (α=0.05). Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 77,6% petugas pompa SPBU mengalami kelelahan berat, 63,3% berjenis kelamin laki-laki, 53,1% mengalami status gizi tidak normal, 57,1% mengalami kebiasaan merokok berisiko, dan 61,2% mengalami beban kerja berat. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan hubungan antara status gizi (p value=0,022) dan beban kerja (p value=0,014) dengan kelelahan. Tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara jenis kelamin (p value=0,724) dan kebiasaan merokok (p value=0,494) dengan kelelahan. Kesimpulan Terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dan beban kerja dengan kelelahan pada petugas pompa SPBU By Pass KM 8 dan SPBU Pitameh Kota Padang. Untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kelelahan, disarankan kepada penanggungjawab SPBU untuk menerapkan kedisiplinan waktu kerja dan kepada petugas pompa agar memperhatikan asupan gizi makanan yang dikonsumsi. Fatigue can be a serious problem as it can degrade employee performance and productivity. This study aims to determine the relationship between sex, nutritional status, smoking habits and workload with fatigue on gas station operator By Pass KM 8 and gas station Pitameh Padang in 2017. Method This study design is quantitative research with cross sectional approach. It was doing from December 2016 until May 2017. The population is all the operator on gas station By Pass KM 8 adn gas station Pitameh Padang. The sample are 49 respondents with the methods sample collection by total sampling. Data processing performed univariate and bivariate. Data analyzed by chi-square test with 95% (α=0.05) confidence interval. Result The result showed that 77,7% gas station operators experianced heavy fatigue, 63,3% male sex, 53,1% experianced abnormal nutritional status, 57,1% experienced risky smoking habits, and 61.2% experienced heavy workload. The result of statistical test showed that the correlation between nutritional status ( p value = 0,022) and workload (p value = 0,014) with fatigue. There were no correlation between sex (p value = 0,724) and smoking habit(p value = 0,494) with fatigue. Conclusion There are correlation between nutritional status and workload with fatigue on gas station operator By Pass KM 8 and Gas station Pitameh Padang. To minimize the occurence of fatigue, it is advisable to the person in charge of gas station to aplly the discipline of working time and for gas station operator to pay attention to the nutritional intake of food consumed.
