Abstract
ABSTRACT This study examines the differences in diet composition and diet composition of Asian small-claw otters by the rice planting season. The study was conducted from October until November 2016. The spraints of Asian small-clawed otters that already analyzed was the specimen of Zoology Museum, Andalas University. From 60 spraints obtained that fish as a main diet. Mollusk, insects and amphibias as a second diet, crustaceans and mammals as food supplements, and there are correlation between the rice planting season and diet composition of Asian small claw-otters in the area of rice fields.
