Abstract
Exploration Research and Testing Capabilities indigen Bacteria In degrades Dye Batik Waste aims to Find indigen bacterial isolates originating from batik waste Knowing the potential of the housing and bacteria to degrade the dye on the housing batik waste. This study was conducted in September-finished 2016 in the Research Laboratory of Microbiology, Department of Biology, University of Andalas. This research was conducted by using the experimental method, then the data obtained are presented descriptively. The results of this study found 11 isolates the batik industry wastewater cottage in Nagari Panyakalan Solok District. 3 isolates including isolates degrading bacteria has potential as a dye based on the ability to grow bacteria in a medium containing graded concentrations of the dye on. Isolates ILB 10 that reach the highest OD value to 0, 673 then followed by two other isolates ILB ILB 6 3 .410 and .377. The third isolates the housing batik waste during the observation range from pH 3 to pH 7. Keywords: Bacteria, Degradation dye batik waste, OD, pH
