Abstract

Cocoa beans as one of commodities in the world is become enthused goods among countries no exception for Indonesia. Indonesia has export cocoa beans to several countries included United State of America (USA). This research is use data from 2005 quarter I untul 2014 quarter IV, cocoa beans from Indonesia to USA. Ordinary least square (OLS) is methods to know the correlation and influence between variables such as volume export of Indonesia to USA, total production of cocoa beans, export price of Indonesia cocoa beans, GDP of USA, price of ivory coast cocoa beans and exchange rate. This study find the high correlation between variables and influence such as total production and price of Ivory Coast cocoa beans have positive impact to volume export of Indonesia cocoa beans.
