Abstract

Tujuan Penyakit periodontal diderita oleh manusia hampir di seluruh dunia dan mencapai 50% dari jumlah populasi dewasa. Penyakit periodontal merupakan penyakit yang termasuk 3 besar terbanyak di puskesmas selayo selama 3 tahun terahir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan, oral hygiene dan faktor perilaku dengan penyakit gingivitis di puskesmas selayo tahun 2016 Metode Penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional dan dilakukan di poli gigi puskesmas selayo dari bulan Maret-november 2016 dengan jumlah responden 56 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling yang mana sampel penelitian diambil ketika waktu penelitian saja bukan sepanjang tahun 2016. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dan analisis stratafikasi Hasil Hasil penelitian secara bivariat diperoleh hasil, pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan (p=0,01; POR=4,18), oral hygiene (p=0,03; POR=3,5), tingkat pengetahuan (p=0,01; POR=4,08), kebiasaan menyikat gigi (p=0,3; OR=1,7), Hasil analisis stratafikasi didapatkan tingkat pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan dengan jenis kelamin (ΔOR=23,03) merupakan confounding, pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan dengan umur (ΔOR=7,45) merupakan efek modifikasi, pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan dengan pendidikan (ΔOR=41,21). Kesimpulan Terdapat hubungan antara penyakit gingivitis pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan, oral hygiene dan pengetahuan. Disarankan kepada Puskesmas Selayo untuk melakukan peningkatan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan, oral hygiene dan pengetahuan, serta meprioritaskan karakteristik responden yang beresiko terhadap penyakit gingivitis. Periodontal disease is a disease that includes 3 large majority in the selayo health center during the last 3 years. This research was purposed to asosiation health service, oral hygiene and behavior factors with gingivitis at dental health care of selayo public health center in 2016. Method This study was an analytical research which used cross sectional design at dental health care of selayo public health center.This research was conducted to 61 of respondents who came to dental health care in selayo public health center solok. Sampling using consecutive sampling technique in which samples were taken when the time of the study alone is not the whole 2016. Processing data using univariate and bivariate analysis and stratification analysis Result The results of bivariate result, utilization of health services (p=0,01; POR=4,18), oral hygiene (p = 0:03; POR = 3.5), the level of knowledge (p = 0.01, POR = 4.08), brushing (p = 0.3; OR = 1.7), Stratafikasi analysis results obtained utilization of health services by gender (ΔOR = 23.03) is confounding, utilization of health services by age (ΔOR = 7.45) an effect modification, utilization of health services with education (ΔOR = 41.21). Conclusion There is a relationship between disease gingivitis utilization of health services, oral hygiene and knowledge. suggested to selayo health center to increase the utilization of health services, oral hygiene and knowledge, as well as prioritize the characteristics of respondents who are at risk of disease gingivitis.
