Abstract

Kecemasan menjadi sebuah masalah yang sering sekali mucul di rumah sakit. Kecemasan dapat diatasi apabila pelayanan keperawatan dilakukan dengan perilaku caring yang baik. Perilaku caring dapat memberikan rasa aman, nyaman serta mengurangi kecemasan sehingga mempercepat proses penyembuhan. Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuihubunganperilakucaringperawatdengankecemasanpasienrawatinap di RSUD Arosuka. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitiananalitik denganpendekatancross sectional. Populasipenelitianadalahsemuapasienyang menjalanirawatinapdi ruangbedahdan interne RSUD Arosuka dengan jumlah sampel 89 responden. Sampel diambil secara proporsional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dalampenelitianinidilakukandaritanggal 20 November sampai 26 Desember 2016 denganmenggunakankuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukansecaraunivariatdanbivariat, denganmenggunakanujistatisticchi-square. Dari hasilunivariatdidapatkansebanyak 55,1% respondenmempunyaipersepsiperilakucaringperawatbaikdan5,6%didapatkanrespondenmemilikitingkatkecemasanberat. Berdasarkanhasilujibivariat yang dilakukandidapatkan data bahwaterdapathubungan yang bermakna antaraperilakucaringperawatterhadapkecemasanpasienrawatinap di RSUD Arosuka(p <0,05). Diharapkanperawatdapatmeningkatkan pelayanan keperawatan kepada pasien dengan perilaku caring untuk meningkatkan kesembuhan pasien. Anxiety can be overcome by providing a sense comfortable as well as reducing anxiety so as to accelerate the healing process. This study aims to determine the relationship of the nurse caring behavior with anxiety inpatients in hospital ArosukaSolok district in 2016. This study is a analitic study with cross sectional approach. The population of research is all the patients hospitalized in the surgical room and internist room in hospital Arosukawith sample as many 89 patients with proportional technique. Data collection in this study was conducted from 20 November to 26 December 2016 using a questionnaire. Data processing univariate and bivariate using Chi-square test, the result of the univariate obtained as much as 55,1% of respondents have a good perception of caring behavior and 5,6% of respondents found to have severe anxiety level. Bassed on test conducted bivariate data obtained thet there is a relationship between nurse caring behaviors with anxiety inpatient hospitalized at hospital Arosuka. Where this relationship was statistically significant (p<0,05). Expected nurses can improve nursing care to patients with caring behavior to improve the outcome of patients.
