Abstract
This study aims to analyse the level of leadership, work motivation and work environment studies at Semen Padang Hospital. The sample of this research is Semen Padang Hospital Employees. Research data processing is done online using the Smart PLS 3.3.9 application. Using quantitative analysis techniques descriptive analysis techniques using distributing questionnaires to all employees at Semen Padang Hospital. The results of the study show that leadership has a negative effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a negative effect on job satisfaction, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
