Abstract

Indonesia merupakan Negara maritim dengan luas wilayah laut lebih luas dibandingkan dengan luas wilayah daratan. Kawasan wilayah laut Sumatera Barat memiliki potensi sumber daya ikan sebesar 565.100 ton per tahun. Potensi ikan tuna di wilayah laut Sumatera Barat merupakan kualitas terbaik di Pantai Barat Indonesia dan merupakan yang termahal di dunia. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan penentuan prioritas terhadap risiko logistik ikan tuna di Sumatera Barat yaitu dengan melakukan penentuan risiko logistik ikan tuna dan menilai bobot masing-masing risiko tersebut agar memberikan informasi bagi pemerintah dan pelaku usaha dalam menjalankan usaha dibidang perikanan khususnya pengolahan ikan tuna. Penelitian mengenai penentuan prioritas risiko logistik ikan tuna dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu tahapan pembuatan kuisioner mengenai penentuan risiko logistik ikan tuna, selanjutnya tahapan penentuan risiko dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Delphi dan tahapan terakhir yaitu tahap penilaian bobot risiko yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) sehingga dapat mengurutkan prioritas risiko tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh risiko logistik ikan tuna di Sumatera Barat terdiri dari 28 risiko berdasarkan lima aktivitas utama logistik. Pelayanan pelanggan memiliki 5 risiko, manajemen dan perencanaan persediaan memiliki 3 risiko, pengelolaan pasokan memiliki 5 risiko, manajemen distribusi dan transportasi memiliki 9 risiko dan pergudangan memiliki 6 risiko. Urutan prioritas risiko aktivitas utama logistik ikan tuna di Sumatera Barat yaitu pertama pengelolaan pasokan, kedua manajemen dan perencanaan persediaan, ketiga pelayanan pasokan, keempat manajemen distribusi dan transportasi, dan kelima pergudangan. Urutan prioritas risiko logistik ikan tuna di Sumatera Barat secara keseluruhan peringkat pertama yaitu persediaan ikan tuna di perusahaan tidak mencukupi dengan bobot 0.407 dan prioritas terendah adalah terjadinya kesalahan dalam desain jaringan distribusi sehingga memperjauh jarak dan memperlama waktu pengiriman dengan bobot 0.054. Kata Kunci : Fuzzy, Logistik, Ikan Tuna, Risiko Indonesia is a maritime country with the sea area larger than the land area. Regional marine areas of West Sumatra has a potential resource of 565 100 tons of fish per year. Potential tuna in the northwest region of West Sumatra is the best quality in the West Coast of Indonesia and is the most expensive in the world. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the risk of tuna’s logistic by performing the determination of risk triggers logistics tuna and assess the level of each of these risks in order to provide information for government and businesses to establish a tuna fish processing companies and others. Research on prioritization of risk logistics tuna carried out in several stages, the first stage is manufactured a questionnaire on risk assessment logistics tuna, the next stage is determination of the risk using Fuzzy Delphi and the last stage, through risk weight using the method of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP) so it can prioritize these risks. Based on the research that has been done obtained logistical risks of tuna in West Sumatra consists of 28 risks based on five main activities of logistics. Customer service has 5 risks, management, and inventory planning had 3 risks, supply management has 5 risks, distribution management and transportation has 9 risks and the last is warehousing risks has 6 risks. The priority order of the main activity of tuna’s logistic risks in West Sumatra is; first supply management, second management and inventory planning, third supply services, fourth distribution management and transportation and fifth warehousing. The priority order of logistics risks tuna in West Sumatra ranking first overall, namely supplies of tuna in the company's insufficient weight was 0.407 and the lowest priority of error in the design of the distribution network so that the further the distance and prolong the delivery time with a weight of 0.054.
