Abstract

The role and the development of the service sector have become very meaningful and it is almost impossible for us to avoid it anymore. One of the important services for the community is health services. Thus, the increasing knowledge and education of the community, the more people are aware of the importance of health. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the impact of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on the performance and well-being of employees at hospitals in Padang City. Data was collected from the answers of 220 respondents to all employees who worked in the Hospital. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling. The result of this study showed that there is significant positive influence of the leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance variable. And for the variable employee performance also has the significant positive influence over the employee well-being.
