Abstract

Berdasarkan tujuannya, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripstif kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program dalam rangka menilai efektivitas pelaksanaan program. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perwakilan Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Analisis data yang dilakukan untuk menentukan efektivitas dengan cara membandingkan outcome dengan output. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan seluruh program pada Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sumatera Barat telah dilaksanakan secara efektif. Keefektivitasan ini dapat terjadi karena capai pada Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sumatera Barat tidak hanya diperoleh dari kegiatan-kegiatan yang dianggarkan saja tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh komitmen, kerjasama, dan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh mitra kerja. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Outcome, Output. Based on the objectives, this research is a qualitative descriptive study with the aim to evaluate the implementation of the program in order to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of the program. This research was conducted at the Representative of Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) in West Sumatra Province. Data analysis was conducted to determine the effectiveness by comparing outcomes with output. These results indicate that the implementation of the entire program in the Representative of BPKP in West Sumatra province has been effectively implemented. This can happen because the effectiveness achieved in Representative of BPKP in West Sumatera Province is not only derived from activities that are budgeted, but also influenced by the commitment, cooperation, and activities undertaken by the partners.
