Abstract

Penelitian pertumbuhan dan hasil cabai pada berbagai dosis pupuk kandang sapi dan pupuk sintetis terhadap telah dilaksanakan di Nagari Taluak IV Suku Kecamatan Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam selama 6 bulan, dari bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan September 2014. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) secara faktorial dengan 2 faktor dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk kadang sapi, dengan 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu: 2,5 ton/Ha (P1); 5 ton/Ha (P2); 7,5 ton/Ha (P3); dan 10 ton/Ha (P4). Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk sintetis, dengan 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu: NPK 500 kg/Ha + ZA 300 kg/Ha (S1); NPK 600 kg/Ha + ZA 150 kg/Ha (S2); NPK 400 kg/Ha + ZA 100 kg/Ha (S3); dan NPK 200 kg/Ha + ZA 50 kg/Ha (S4). Setiap kombinasi perlakuan terdiri dari 3 kelompok, sehingga terdapat 48 satuan percobaan. Data dianalisis secara sidik ragam dengan uji F, jika F hitung perlakuan lebih besar dari F tabel 5% dan 1% dilanjut dengan uji Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) pad taraf 5%. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, indeks luas daun rata-rata ( ), laju asimilasi bersih rata-rata ( ), laju tumbuh tanaman rata-rata ( ), hasil panen per tanaman, hasil per petak dan per hektar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang sapi 5 ton/Ha dan pupuk NPK dosis 500 kg/Ha + ZA 300 kg/Ha memberikan pertumbuhan vegetatif yang lebih baik dibandingkan perlakuan pemupukan lainnya, dan terjadinya peningkatan hasil tanaman cabai efek interaksi pupuk kandang sapi 7,5 ton/Ha dengan pupuk NPK 500 kg/Ha + ZA 300 kg/Ha. Kata kunci : cabai, dosis pupuk kandang sapi, dosis pupuk NPK + ZA. GROWTH AND RESULTS OF RED CHILI (Capsicum annuum L.) IN VARIOUS DOSES COW MANURE FERTILIZER AND DOSES SYNTHETIC CHEMICAL FERTILIZER ABSTRACT Objective of the research to get get growth and results of red chili (capsicum annuum l.) in various doses cow manure fertilizer and doses synthetic chemical fertilizer has been implemented in Nagari Taluak IV Suku Banuhampu District of Agam Regency. The research was conducted from March to September 2014. The design used was a Random Block Design (RBD) in factorial design with 2 factors and 3 times replays. The first factor is improvement of doses cow manure fertilizer (P) with 4 levels, namely 2,5 ton/Ha (P1); 5 ton/Ha (P2); 7,5 ton/Ha (P3); and 10 ton/Ha (P4). The second factor is dose reduction of synthetic chemical fertilizer NPK and ZA (S) with 4 levels, namely NPK 500 kg/Ha + ZA 300 kg/Ha (S1); NPK 600 kg/Ha + ZA 150 kg/Ha (S2); NPK 400 kg/Ha + ZA 100 kg/Ha (S3); and NPK 200 kg/Ha + ZA 50 kg/Ha (S4). Each consisted of 3 groups, so that the are 48 unit experiment. Data were analyzed by anova with F test, if F count treatment is greater than the F table 5% and 1% followed by using Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at 5% level. The variables measured were plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, leaf area index (LAI), net assimilation rate (NAR), the rate of growth of plant (RGP), yield per plant, yield per plot and per hectare. The results of research showed give cow manure fertilizer 5 ton/Ha and NPK fertilizer doses 500 kg/Ha + 300 kg/Ha giving vegetative growth is good than levels others, and to be increased result of chili plant effect interaction is the doses cow manure fertilizer 7,5 ton/Ha and the doses of synthetic chemical fertilizer NPK 500 kg/Ha and ZA 300 kg/H.
